The heart of every story

Four questions that make room for a lifetime.

These questions are simple on purpose. They invite people to speak in their own way about what sustains them, how they care for others, what they would say in a difficult moment, and what they most want another generation to know.

  1. 01

Where do you find light in your life right now?

  2. 02

How do you try to bring light to the people around you?

  3. 03

What would you say to someone who is struggling to find light today?

  4. 04

What wisdom would you most want to pass on to the next generation?

Ask someone you love.

You do not need recording equipment or a formal interview. Sit somewhere comfortable, put away distractions, ask one question at a time, and allow silence. The most meaningful answer may arrive after the person first says, “I don’t know.”

Listen for specific memories. Ask who was there, what happened, what they felt, and what stayed with them. Do not rush to the next question.

The purpose is not to produce a perfect answer. It is to let someone know that their experience matters.
